Join The 5K for 5 Years Challenge, a community-led campaign using movement to raise awareness for men’s health and inspire real change.
Run, walk, cycle, row, or swim your 5K, then share it online to raise awareness, inspire others to move, and be in with a chance to win amazing prizes from our sponsors.

Why It Matters
Every year, men die an average of five years earlier than women, often from preventable causes.
We’re calling time on that gap.
The 5K for 5 Years Challenge is about movement with meaning: using fitness, community, and conversation to change the story on men’s health.
With the help of our ambassadors, Carl Wilson-Denis (@cwdizz) and Marvin Ambrosius (@marvinambrosius), we’re bringing energy, awareness, and real talk to every rep, step, and stride.
How It Works
1. Complete your 5K, anytime in November.
2. Post it online, share a photo, video, or tracker screenshot.
3. Follow & tag @gentlemens.health.hub and @cwdizz.
4. Tag 3 friends, and challenge them to join.
Do all four steps and you’ll automatically be entered into our sponsor prize draw.
Every 5K moves us closer to closing the five-year gap.

How do I enter the prize draw?
Follow the four steps: complete your 5K, post it online, follow and tag @gentlemens.health.hub and @cwdizz, and tag 3 friends.
Can I do multiple 5Ks?
Yes! Each one you post gives you another chance to win and more chances to inspire others.
Do I have to attend the events in person?
No, you can complete your 5K anywhere. But if you’d like to join us in Lewisham, we’d love to see you there.
How will winners be chosen?
Entries will be reviewed from tagged posts and stories across Instagram throughout November.
Keep your profile public so we can see your post or send us a DM with a screenshot if your account is private.
When are winners announced?
We’ll be giving away spot prizes throughout November, with the biggest prizes announced at the end of the month.
Winners will be contacted directly and, with their approval, featured on our social pages.
