About Us

Where men’s health becomes a shared conversation—not a silent struggle.

Hi, I’m Derick.

A few years ago, I was admitted into hospital with a life-threatening pulmonary embolism.
One minute I felt completely fine… the next I couldn’t breathe.

It stopped me in my tracks.

For the first time in a long time, I had to slow down and really listen to my body, to my mind, to all the warning signs I’d been brushing past for years.

And in that stillness, one thought kept coming back to me:
most men don’t get this kind of wake-up call until it’s too late.

That’s when Gentlemen’s Health Hub was born.

Why GHH exists

Building another surface-level wellness brand was never, and still isn’t, part of the plan.

This has always been about creating something real.
A space where men can speak openly, share their stories, and ask the questions they’ve been holding onto for years.

A space where looking after your mind and your body isn’t seen as weakness and where there’s no shame, no pressure, no pretending.

That’s how GHH began.

And it’s grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined.
From the podcast and our Men’s Circles to motivational events, challenges, and our online community, we’re supporting men across the UK and beyond – helping to reshape the conversation around health, masculinity, and what it truly means to be well.

Mission Statement

At Gentleman’s Health Hub, our mission is to create safe, empowering spaces where men can access the support they need to live healthier, more balanced lives, while also helping to guide and positively shape the next generation.

We are working towards establishing GHH community centres. Dedicated spaces that offer a full spectrum of support, from men’s circles and mobility classes to holistic therapies, health checks, preventative talks and guidance for single fathers. These centres will become a central hub for everything men need to take charge of their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, and a place where young people can experience positive role models, honest conversations and healthier definitions of masculinity.

As a grassroots, community-led initiative, we are raising funds to bring this vision to life. We are starting with men’s circles, podcasts, hikes and local meetups, but the goal is far bigger. To create lasting, accessible support for men and meaningful pathways for young people in every corner of the UK.
